How much does it cost to hire you as our real estate agent?

• NOTHING. As a buyer, you do not pay your agent a dime. Regardless if you purchase a home or not. But if you do purchase a home, the seller pays both the listing and buyers agent their contracted commission.  

How much does it cost to connect you with a local, knowledgeable & respected lender? 

• NOTHING. The lender will provide you a personalized road map to home ownership at NO COST TO YOU= FREE. No cost in exchange for a lot of value straight from the pros!

Will my credit be ran?

• No, your credit will not be ran if you choose not to. Meaning your credit score will NOT be affected. (Although once you know you are ready to move forward with purchasing a home, that will require a pre-approval letter & at that point your credit will be ran).
