75 Hard Challenge

As 2022 comes to an end, we should all take a moment to reflect on the year behind us and plan for the year ahead.  Many of us like to set New Year's resolutions. And if living through a global pandemic has taught anything, it's that we shouldn't take health and wellness for granted. 

I'm sure many of you have heard of the 75 Hard Challenge, as it took the Internet by storm! And if you haven’t that's okay because we are not going to follow those exact guidelines. Instead we will complete the following tasks daily for 75 days straight (yes even on Saturday and Sunday). 

  1. PRACTICE GRATEFULNESS: List 20 things you are thankful for 

  2. APPRECIATE YOURSELF: List 20 great things about yourself 

  3. PRACTICE STILLNESS: Sit quietly or meditate for 15 minutes 

  4. MOVE AND MOBILIZE: Exercise 45 minutes a day for 2 days, then stretch for 1, and repeat 

  5. EAT HEALTHY: by eliminating sugar, limiting refined carbs, and adding a vegetable per meal 

  6. NO ALCOHOL

  7. READ: 10 pages per day 

  8. LEARN SOMETHING NEW: for 15 minutes a day

  9. DO SOMETHING YOU'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT: for 15 minutes

  10. RECORD EVERY TASK COMPLETED: in a journal

This is the new and improved version of the 75 Hard Challenge, a new approach to mental toughness and self improvement. I will start this challenge January 1st, 2023 and I would love for you to join me! Let’s help keep each other accountable & live bigger, better, happier, and healthier lives! Cheers to 2023! 🥂🍾
